Delicately hand-painted by American artist Phyllis Holly, the leatherette shoes are embellished with decorative laces and painted from heel to toe with race cars, flags, and checkerboard accents. The shoes say "VROOM" on each bootie's bottom for a festive touch.

The racing booties arrive in a mock "painter's can" to add to the gift's hand-painted appeal. Booties fit babies 6 weeks to 3 months. Made in the USA.
